Services & Game Plan
We combine psychotherapy and medication management,
so your plan is coordinated, practical, and easy to follow. Appointments are online for Tampa,
Wesley Chapel, Pasco & Hillsborough, with evening and weekend options.
Core Services
Psychotherapy
Approachable, skills-based therapy that meets you where you are. We utilize tools such as CBT (to unstick thoughts/behaviors), ACT (to align with your values), and CBT-I (for managing insomnia). Sessions focus on small, repeatable wins: routines, communication, boundaries, sleep, and stress recovery.
Schedule your first visitMedication Management
Thoughtful prescribing with education and monitoring. We'll review benefits/risks, set clear expectations, and track progress. If medication is part of the plan, it's because it supports your overall function—focus, mood stability, sleep, and energy.
Mental Performance Coaching
Build the mental skills your goals demand: focus, confidence, pre-performance routines, leadership and team communication, and injury-recovery mindset. We tailor sessions to your "season"—pre-season build, in-season maintenance, or post-injury return-to-play.
